We’ve created social media communities to engage with our clients, foster discussion and learn about what the medical community needs. Our communities may contain posts by third parties. As such, we are not responsible for their content or opinions, and we reserve the right to remove any comment or content for any reason. Comments Seeking or Containing Medical Advice

As a medical device manufacturer, we strive to design products that are safe and benefit patients and healthcare providers. If a comment infers that there may be a problem with our product, we may contact you to investigate the nature of the complaint according to our company’s policies.

Comments About Unapproved Uses of Products

We do not promote or encourage the use of our products for unapproved uses. Accordingly, we may remove comments about the use of our products in a manner that is inconsistent with the product’s approved labeling.

Comments Containing Vulgarity

GEMSS North America, Inc. wants to provide a respectful and welcoming community for all. Therefore, we may remove comments that use profanity, hate speech or other offensive language.
